It is home to the world’s biggest currency trading centre and 75% of Fortune 500 companies have offices located within the city.  This data clearly shows that more affordable co living accommodation is needed in the area for young professionals and post graduates. 

Along with finance, media is also a significant employer within the city. Most major broadcasters have their headquarters in the city, such as the  BBC, ITV and Sky. Fleet Street, the home of the national press, are all located here.
