Aimed at attracting a slightly more mature age group, Kosy Life - our later co living portfolio - offers all of the freedom, privacy and home comforts as its co living counterpart, and just as much fun. According to JLL, by 2025 around 20% of the UK population will be aged over 65, representing some 14.3m people. Currently, just 0.6% of over-65's live in later living accommodation in the UK, compared with more than 5% in Australia and the US. As a result, it's estimated that there is a potential requirement for an additional 725,000 senior living units by 2025, which would equate to nearly 50% of all new homes built at the current rate.

The current build to sell model is not always fit for purpose. To consider the later life age cycle, many looking to downsize and enjoy their retirement would instead of selling their home prefer to rent it out and live somewhere they can rent with all bills and facilities included.
