Paul Brundell

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Paul has been involved in the UK property industry for 27 years and built up a portfolio of student accommodation whilst he was still a student in the early 2000’s. Paul has successfully developed many residential projects from the ground upwards, giving him excellent knowledge in construction and real estate development. In 2014, Paul took on the task of establishing a renewable energy company, where he procured 20 development sites dedicated exclusively to the generation of solar energy. This portfolio flourished and reached an impressive value of £100m. Paul then redirected his focus to his entrepreneurial roots, founding Kosy Living. This venture specialise in property investments, development, and operations within the co living, build-to-rent, student housing, and later living sectors.

Mark Hughes

Executive Director

Having originally trained as an architect, Mark worked in private practice as a project architect on a diverse range of projects from private and public housing through to hospitals and mixed-use commercial schemes. He then went on to work for a number of house-hold names in property development. During this time, he was responsible for the acquisition of sites across the UK, managing the process from site identification, planning, and land purchase through to overseeing the construction and delivery of the schemes. More recently, Mark was the Managing Director of Crosslane Residential Living where he was instrumental through a strategically led approach, in setting up the co living business, including product design, site acquisition and securing finance. Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across multiple residential sectors to the team and is key in delivering future schemes.

Fiona Davies

Research Director

Fiona has worked alongside Paul Brundell for over 25 years and has been an integral part of Kosy Living since its inception. With a Master’s degree in Town Planning and an earlier career teaching English and History, she brings a strong combination of analytical, research and planning expertise to the business.

Fiona leads the company’s land acquisition and research functions, overseeing the initial assessment and due diligence of potential development opportunities. She is also responsible for detailed market and location research, including competitor analysis, rental benchmarking and local market assessments.

Her role is central to Kosy Living’s investment and development strategy, helping to ensure that each scheme is located in a strong market, positioned at an attractive and sustainable rental level, and capable of delivering robust long-term returns.

Omer Osman

Senior Architect

Omer is a qualified architect with over 12 years’ experience delivering medium to large-scale residential, student accommodation and commercial developments across all RIBA Stages. Experienced in technical design leadership, façade development, and sustainable design, he has a strong understanding of Building Regulations, technical compliance and multidisciplinary design coordination. Omer has a keen interest in sustainability, with a particular focus on low carbon design, health & wellbeing and is motivated by a pragmatic approach to construction detailing to achieve high-quality design delivery.

Denizhan Olmez

3D VISUALISER

Denizhan has over 20 years’ experience and a strong passion for architecture and visualisation. A skilled professional with a degree in Architecture, Denizhan has managed a creative studio and produced work for architects, interior designers, property developers and real estate agencies for planning, design development and marketing purposes. Denizhan focuses on the 3D modelling, architectural visualisation, and concept design of our developments, delivering high quality CGI and animations to bring our buildings to life.
