Kosy Living Makes Key Senior Appointment

Kosy Living has announced Mark Hughes as its new Managing Director, making him responsible for leading the group in all sectors – BTR, co living, PBSA and later co living.

Mark has joined the company after eight years at Crosslane Residential Living, where he was Managing Director.

Mark will lead Kosy Living in the delivery of its residential developments and growing pipeline as it aims to secure 5000 beds by the end of 2023.

Kosy Living is set to deliver various developments across the UK with projects lined up in Brighton, Bath, Bristol, Cambridge, London, Surrey, Cardiff and more. This includes Brighton’s first co living urban village - with over 400 studios across three adjacent sites - and Bath’s first purpose-built co living scheme ideally located in the centre of the city.

Paul Brundell, CEO at Kosy Living said:

“We are delighted to have Mark on board at such an important time in this growth phase. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across the residential sectors and will be instrumental in the delivery of our schemes and growing our portfolio.”
