It has a large food and drink scene, and live music on every night of the week - music and nightlife plays a huge part in Irish culture and you can hear a variety of music across the city. 


Dublin is a beautiful city situated on the River Liffey which flows through the centre and has 24 connecting bridges.  It’s rich with history and has impressive Georgian architecture, with a blend of more modern buildings too.   


Dublin was listed as one of Europe’s greenest cities in 2022 by Drinking Straw. The company analysed the number of parks and wildlife areas, gardens, forests and bodies of water to see which cities had the most “green spaces” per 100,000 people. Dublin came in a commendable 3rd place. Where there are parks and green spaces there are dogs. Pets are family too which is why our BTR buildings are pet-friendly, which is a huge bonus for animal lovers. 


Dublin is a beautiful city to live and work, however the cost of living is high in comparison to other cities. Build-to-rent is often a more cost-effective option for a number of reasons. We have opportunities for joint ventures with equity partners as we obtain planning permission with a view to sell or re-finance at PC. We are also sometimes presented with great opportunities for developers where the land owner needs an immediate sale and we are looking to partner with investors who would fund this type of project.
