Cardiff is the capital and largest city in Wales, home to around 363,000 people. There are 4 major institutions of higher education (three universities and one college) and students make up a fifth of the city’s population. There are some great career opportunities in various industries here, making it very appealing for graduates to stay in the city. This includes the creative industries e.g. broadcasting, TV and film production, finance, digital industries, IT, and many more.  However, there is not enough suitable housing for this demographic, as well as professionals renting. Cardiff loves a part and there are plenty of music events and festivals on throughout the year. 


Cardiff is a great city to live and work. There is however lack of housing and according to the Property Index, Cardiff is expected to see population growth of 25% by 2034 – an exceptionally high increase.  BTR and co living will be crucial in filling the void of rental housing stock and can provide attractive, high-quality housing with the now, and the future in mind.

Build to Rent is fast becoming an ever growing sector and Kosy Living will be within the heart of it. We launched our portfolio in early 2022, unveiling a £1billion development pipeline. We have opportunities for joint ventures with equity partners as we obtain planning permission with a view to sell or re-finance at PC. We are also sometimes presented with great opportunities for developers where the land owner needs an immediate sale and we are looking to partner with investors who would fund this type of project.
