The UK has many well-established tech hubs, and Newcastle has lots to offer sector professionals in terms of career prospects and quality of life. There is a growing number of tech businesses and home-grown start-ups in the city. Newcastle also has a large finance and insurance services sector, as well as strong science, education, tourism and nightlife economies.  Newcastle United, the city’s premier league football team are now one of the highest-earning clubs in the world.

Newcastle has a fantastic shopping, food and drink scene, and is particularly famous for its nightlife. This makes it particularly popular with younger generations as there are endless bars, event venues and clubs to enjoy a fantastic night out.  Adding to the appeal of build to rent and co living developments within Newcastle.

We have opportunities for joint ventures with equity partners as we obtain planning permission with a view to sell or re-finance at PC. We are also sometimes presented with great opportunities for developers where the land owner needs an immediate sale and we are looking to partner with investors who would fund this type of project.
